Hi! 🙂
I have combination skin (dry in cheeks, oily in T-zone) so which oil will be best for my combination skin?
You would probably want to find an oil blend that has some oils that are high in linoleic acid and some that are high in oleic acid. You might want to try some oils that are high in tannins to to help calm over-active oil glands (like camellia). I would look for a carrier oil (one of the first oils mentioned in the oil blend) of hemp seed or jojoba oil because both work great for oily and dry skin types.
Thankyou :)
Hi there. Thank you so much for this awesome chart. It is so useful. Just curious what program did you use to make it. I would like to make one like this for food.
Hi there! I just used excel to create the circle chart and then I edited it in PowerPoint.
Hello,
This is a magnificent guide! Thank you
Question, my skin loved squalane oil. Is there a particular reason why is not in the chart? In what category will it fall under?
Thank you
